I have played soccer since the age of five, beginning with TCYS and continuing through high school at Sonora High and Summerville Varsity. Over the years, I played multiple positions across the field before finding my true passion as a goalkeeper—making the position my first year at Sonora High and playing it ever since. That experience has given me a strong understanding of the game from all areas of the field.

In 2004, I joined the U.S. Air Force, where soccer remained a constant. I played in local leagues in New Mexico, participated in international pickup matches during a TDY to Jordan, competed in a futsal league in England from 2007–2010, and played Air Force intramural soccer. These experiences reinforced my belief that soccer is a universal language that brings people together across cultures.

I have been a TCYS coach since 2022 and currently serve as a TCYS Board Member (2025–present) as Referee Director and Adult League Director. Coaching—especially my own children—has been incredibly rewarding and allows me to pass on my love for the game to the next generation.

Coaching Philosophy

My coaching philosophy focuses on player development, teamwork, and respect for the game. I emphasize strong fundamentals, smart decision-making, and accountability while creating a positive environment where players are encouraged to learn, compete, and enjoy the game. My goal is for every player to grow in confidence, skill, and character—on and off the field.

WWFC is an extended multi-season schedule intended to create a strong work ethic, encourage confidence, instill the importance of education while training kids to become advanced level players in the process.  WWFC season is November to July with weekday sessions.

WWFC strives to go above and beyond for their athletes using sports as a platform to encourage kids to work hard, work right and enjoy the by-product which is success, self accomplishment, and a host of solid life skills.

WWFC practices once a week. We will compete, however, we are focusing on the training first. The commitment for this signup is November through July, as a monthly membership. We hold a limited numbers of players in the training program. If you decide to withdraw at any time, WWFC will actively fill the vacancy and can not guarantee re enrollment.

You are committing to a well established system of training young athletes with experienced instruction at $120/per participant per month.

This program is designed for the long term. It is NOT intended to turn your players soccer skills around within a set period of time.  Training is a long term process and takes repetition and dedication.
